The Challenge
Carillion is a full-service real estate and construction company with over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality, custom-built projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. Their expertise spans residential homes, apartments, hotels, offices, retail spaces, and large-scale developments.
However, Carillion’s social media lacked consistency, brand structure, and the professional standard expected from a leading real estate and construction company. Despite Carillion’s reputation for delivering quality projects, their social media presence failed to reflect that credibility. The designs were outsourced, resulting in weak visuals, inconsistent use of color, and a fragmented brand identity across digital platforms. This diluted their professional image and made it harder for audiences to recognize or trust the brand online

The Solution
A structured, recognizable visual system was created to bring clarity, consistency, and stronger brand presence to Carillion’s social media platforms.
The project began with a complete overhaul of Carillion’s social media visual identity. With no formal brand guidelines in place for digital channels, their existing identity was reinterpreted and translated into a structured, consistent system. The new visual system prioritized consistency without sacrificing flexibility. Color usage followed a disciplined structure, with Carillion’s signature Red and Blue applied strategically to key design elements, building an immediate association with the brand. Clean white or light blue gradient backgrounds elevated the designs and reflected the premium nature of Carillion’s services. Typography, layout and hierarchy were unified across all templates, providing structure while maintaining visual appeal. This approach ensured that every post, regardless of content, reinforced Carillion’s identity and projected the level of quality the brand represents.
